Final Sale & Quality Guarantee

All sales are final

Every item we sell is custom printed to your order: your design, your text, your colors, your sizes. Because of that, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, size or color choices, design content you approved (including typos in text you entered), or a change of plans. This final-sale policy is disclosed at checkout before you pay and is part of our Terms & Conditions.

The one thing final sale never covers is our mistakes. Those are on us, and they are backed by the quality guarantee below.

30-day quality guarantee (limited warranty)

This guarantee is a LIMITED WARRANTY for purposes of the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. We’ll make it right at no cost if your item arrives:

  • misprinted (wrong text, wrong design, wrong placement, print quality defects),
  • damaged or defective (holes, stains, failed seams, peeling print),
  • the wrong product, size, or color compared to what you ordered.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a free reprint or issue a full refund; whichever you prefer. You keep the original item; no need to mail anything back.

Any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to this 30-day period. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

How to start a claim

Email support@stitchandgo.com (or reply to your order confirmation) with your order number and a photo or two showing the issue. We respond within 1 business day, and most claims are approved on the first message.

Before you buy

Because everything is final sale, double-check sizes against the size guide and proofread your design carefully before paying. What you approve at checkout is exactly what we print.

Cancellations and changes

You can cancel or change an order any time before it enters production(usually within a few hours of ordering). Email support@stitchandgo.com with your order number right away; if production hasn’t started, we’ll cancel for a full refund or apply your changes. Once printing begins, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Klarna and Afterpay refunds are passed to those providers immediately and they adjust your payment plan under their terms.

Group orders

For group orders, quality claims are handled per item; a problem with one shirt never holds up a refund or reprint decision for the rest of the order.

Scope of this policy

All purchases are final sale, and the remedies in this policy (reprint or refund for our errors) are your sole and exclusive remedies for any product issue, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This policy is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions. Claims must be submitted within the 30-day window with the requested documentation. We may decline claims that we reasonably determine are fraudulent or abusive (for example, repeated claims across orders without supporting photos), and we may require return of the affected item, at our expense, before approving a claim.
